Terms of use of the proxy rental service | Proxy-Store
By placing an order, you agree to these conditions:
Part 1 — Basic conditions.
- Proxy-Store.com is an intermediary between the client (the buyer) and the proxy provider and does not bear any responsibility for causing harm to the client, his information, or business due to the use or inability to use the products of the service.
- After 24 hours from the date of purchase, the money for the order can not be returned, and the proxy is replaced (except mobile proxy — after the purchase they can not be replaced, since they can be issued preliminary test access).
- The guaranteed uptime of the proxy is 95% per month. Example: a simple proxy is allowed up to be down for 1 hour per day, i.e. a total of 30 hours per month (5%). If a simple proxy is more than 5% per month, then for these problem proxies, the service makes a monetary compensation (for idle time) or increases the rental time.
- The work of the proxy is guaranteed only on the resource, the category of which you have chosen.
Example: you bought a proxy for the social media Facebook. The work of the proxy is guaranteed only in this social network. - The service can change the proxy subnet and the proxy itself without warning from the clients for the following reasons, not depending on the service: if there are problems on the accounts/services because of this subnet, if the subnet got into the spam base, if the subnet blocked RIPE, subnetting as prevention.
- The service undertakes to provide the client with proxies located in Russia from a minimum of 2 subnets if the client's order includes a minimum of 5 proxies. When purchasing proxies with any other location, as well as Shared proxies, the variety of subnets provided is not guaranteed (i.e., for any quantity of ordered proxies, only one subnet may be provided).
- Before buying the client must read the description of the proxy category, the FAQ on using the service, and the proxy. In case of questions, the client must contact the technical support of the service and get advice.
- Access to resources blocked by law (in any country), to all payment services (Qiwi, WebMoney, Yandex-money, PayPal, Perfectmonуy, BTC, Skrill, etc.), and banks (Sberbank, Alfabank, Tinkoff, etc.) are closed for use.
There may also be problems or the complete inability of the proxy to work using the following programs, services, sites, and devices:
— Keycollector software;
— Proxifier software;
— Avito website;
— Youla website;
— OLX website;
— bet365 website;
— DOFUS website;
— Vtope (Service for social media);
— websites of bookmakers ("For any websites" category, except USA, Germany, UK, Canada, Russia, Netherlands, Ukraine);
— Steam ("For any websites" category, except USA, Germany, UK, Canada, Russia, Netherlands, Ukraine);
— iOS devices;
— Ino Steam Multichat software;
— Instagram777 website. - The bandwidth of the channel (the speed of the proxy) is up to 100 Mb/s, but it depends on the workload of the network and it’s usually about 10 Mbit/s.
- Proxies can be found in spam databases (for example BlockList.de, SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, etc.). Usually, this does not affect the operation of the proxy. If this affects your work, then you are entitled to demand a refund within 24 hours after purchase.
- The number of used subnets at the time of publication of the terms of use of the service (24.01.2020) is 32pc. In one order, not all subnets may be, because proxy servers are randomly generated from the list.
- Proxies come back on sale after the end of the lease term of any order (this is how any rent of proxy-server). If the client for some reason did not manage to renew the proxy, the service does not guarantee their recovery in the next order.
- The service undertakes to issue to the client a proxy with a Russian location from at least 2 subnets if there are at least 5 proxies in the customer order. If you purchase a proxy with any other location and Shared proxy, the variety in the subnets that are issued is not guaranteed (that is, with any number of ordered proxies, only one subnet can be issued).
- Proxies in the Shared category can simultaneously be used by up to 3 people, including you.
- The time of technical support work is 24/7.
Part 2 – What the client can do. Returns Policy
- Server proxies.
— Refund is possible for an order that includes no more than 20 proxies.
— Refund is possible within 24 hours after the purchase is made.
— Refund is possible only 1 time for each category of proxy presented on our proxy rental service.
For example,
a) A client bought proxies of the “for social networks” category. He is not satisfied with them. The client contacted our technical support, got a refund.
b) A client bought proxies of the “for games” category. He is not satisfied with them. The client contacted our technical support, got a refund.
— Replacement is possible at any time if the proxies do not work due to the fault of our proxy rental service for more than 24 hours. - Residential proxies.
— Refund for a test bandwidth plan is not possible.
— Refund for other bandwidth plans is possible within 24 hours after the purchase is made.
— Refund is made for the unused bandwidth, rounded up to 100Mb.
— Replacement is not possible. - Mobile proxies — Unlimited.
— Refund is possible within 24 hours after the purchase is made.
— Replacement is not possible. - Mobile proxies — Bandwidth plans.
— Refund for a test bandwidth plan is not possible.
— Refund for other bandwidth plans is possible within 24 hours after the purchase is made.
— Refund is made for the unused bandwidth, rounded up to 100Mb.
— Replacement is not possible. - Public proxies
Given the specifics of the provided service, it is important to note that the Public proxies we offer to the User are open and not under our control.
Refund Policy:
Taking into account the nature of Public proxies, refunds are only possible in the event of unavailability of our service (non-functionality), which makes it impossible to provide Users with a proxy list, for a minimum of two days.In all other cases, including temporary or permanent absence of proxies with various characteristics (e.g., SOCKS5/HTTP(S), proxies for any country, compatible with any internet service, etc.), refunds are not provided.

Refunds can be issued to the following eWallets or cryptocurrency accounts:
— Qiwi wallet
— Litecoin (LTC)
— Dash (DASH)
— Zcash (ZEC)
— USDT TRC20 Stablecoin (with a $1 fee)
— AdvCash USD
— Webmoney WMZ
— Perfect Money USD
— Stripe (only for payments made with Stripe, Google Pay, or Apple Pay)
— Refunds cannot be issued to bank cards. -
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the request being made to our Technical Support.
Part 3 — Invoices
Requests for obtaining invoices must be submitted no later than the 15th day of the month following the month of purchase. In case the request is submitted after the specified deadline, the service reserves the right to refuse the provision of invoices in accordance with the applicable legislation of Poland.
Part 4 – What the client is prohibited to do
- Fraud in any manifestations, break-ins, insults, threats, or slander.
- Insulting proxy-store.com service employees and threats to them.
- Cracking passwords (brute force), and scanning for port vulnerabilities.
- Creation of social phishing sites.
- Spam, including, but not limited to — spam on forums, websites, blogs, and email-mailing. 25, 465 ports are closed.
- Distribution of malware (viruses, trojans, and anything that can affect the operation of the software).
- Hacking sites and finding their vulnerabilities (including SQL-inj).
- Distribution of materials without the knowledge of the copyright holder (video, music, software, etc.).
- Violation of the laws of the country in which the proxy server is located.
- Mass registration of accounts on various services, forums, and social networks.
- Transfer of proxies and access to proxies to third parties.
- Using the services of the service to access financial institutions, bank websites, and fintech company websites, including Stripe.com.
In case of violation of any of these items, the proxy is disabled, the violator is blocked, and money for orders is not refunded.
